1. I paid for my parking decal and I haven't gotten it, was it mailed or do I need to pick it up?

   If we have the current address it should be arriving any time and if you don't get it before the enforcement date come to the office so we can reissue you a new one.

2. I requested a parking decal and receive financial aid. I haven't received it yet. Did the decal get mailed to me, if so when and where?

   If the financial aid paid for it in the first download & it was enough to pay everything it was mailed. If it was after the initial mailing then you have to come to the Bursar's Office to pick it up. If you have a balance such as housing or not enough aid you need to pay for it at the Bursar's office.
