How to Pay Online with Smartpay or E-Check 
Pay at the Bursar in Sierra Hall (SH-102) or University Hall (UH-171A) with cash, check, money order, traveler's check, cashier's check, and pin-based ATM.
Please make checks payable to "California State University, San Bernardino" for the total amount due the University. To ensure credit to the correct account, checks must include the Coyote ID number of the student.
Drop boxes are located in the turnaround in between parking lots C & D or in the Sierra Hall Lobby. Please do not deposit cash payments in the drop box. Students will typically receive credit within two business days.

Purchase Parking Permits Online
The CSU makes every effort to keep student costs to a minimum. Fees listed in published schedules or student accounts may need to be increased when public funding is inadequate. Therefore, CSU must reserve the right, even after initial fee payments are made, to increase or modify any listed fees, without notice, until the date when instruction for a particular semester or quarter has begun. All CSU listed fees should be regarded as estimates that are subject to change upon approval by The Board of Trustees.
